服务内容Our service

Kevvee 提供在线 AI 脚本、图片和视频创作工具。具体功能、价格、积分和有效期以购买时的会员中心页面为准。Kevvee provides online AI tools for scripts, images and videos. Features, prices, credits and validity periods are shown in Membership at checkout.

账户与内容Accounts and content

请提供准确的账户信息，保护登录凭据，并确保你上传的素材及使用生成内容的方式不侵犯他人权利或违反适用法律。AI 生成结果可能有误，请在发布或商用前核查。Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and make sure your uploads and use of generated content respect others’ rights and applicable law. Check AI output before publishing or using it commercially.

付款与交付Payment and delivery

购买订阅或积分前，请核对订单显示的价格和权益。服务通过线上账户交付，不寄送实体商品。交付方式见交付政策，退款申请见退款政策。Review the price and benefits displayed in your order before buying a subscription or credits. The service is delivered through your online account; no physical goods are shipped. See the Shipping Policy for delivery and the Refund Policy for refund requests.

美元订阅与取消USD subscriptions and cancellation

Starter、Pro 和 Scale 的月付价格分别为 19、49、99 美元；年付价格分别为 209、539、1089 美元，年付暂未开放。现阶段只能创建订单，不能付款，也不会开通订阅或扣款。未来开通自动续费前，结账页将展示账期、适用税费与取消方式，并提供期末取消入口；取消续费不影响已付款账期内的权益。Starter, Pro and Scale are priced at $19, $49 and $99 per month. Annual prices are $209, $539 and $1,089 and are not yet available. For now, you can create an order but cannot pay; no subscription or charge starts. Before automatic renewal opens, checkout will show the billing period, applicable taxes and cancellation method. Cancellation at period end will preserve benefits already paid for.

订阅与扣费通知Subscription and charge notices

订阅功能开放后，我们会在订阅确认、续费前、扣费成功或失败以及取消续费时发送英文通知，说明金额、账期、订单和下一步操作。当前待支付订单不会触发成功扣费通知。When subscriptions become available, we will send English notices at subscription confirmation, before renewal, after a successful or failed charge, and after renewal cancellation. Notices will identify the amount, billing period, order and next action. An unpaid order does not trigger a successful charge notice.

适用法律与联系Governing law and contact

本条款适用香港特别行政区法律。若有争议，请先通过 hello@kevvee.com 联系我们协商；消费者依法享有的强制性权利不受影响。These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For disputes, first contact us at hello@kevvee.com. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
