Kevvee 销售在线数字服务，不销售或寄送实体商品。Kevvee sells online digital services and does not sell or ship physical goods.

订单处理与交付时间Processing and delivery time

支付机构确认付款后，系统自动处理订单，并将订阅或积分发放至购买账户。通常在数分钟内到账；若发生延迟，预计不超过 1 个工作日。没有实体运输时间或运费。After the payment provider confirms payment, the system processes the order automatically and adds the subscription or credits to the purchasing account. Delivery normally takes a few minutes and is expected within one business day if delayed. There is no physical shipping time or shipping charge.

登录 Kevvee 会员中心查看购买记录、套餐及积分。若付款后权益未到账，请将订单号和付款时间发送至 hello@kevvee.com，我们会核查。Sign in to Kevvee Membership to view your purchase, plan and credits. If your purchase is missing after payment, email your order number and payment time to hello@kevvee.com for investigation.
